At Wess Invest, we invest in, develop, rehabilitate, lease, and manage our properties so that entrepreneurs, small business owners, and residents can love and prosper in the places they call home.

Each acquisition is analyzed for its potential to outperform market returns while minimizing downside risk over medium to long-term holding periods.

Our work enables entrepreneurial investors to buy into Atlanta while also building up the neighborhoods that make Atlanta great. With only four properties thus far purchased from many hundreds that have been underwritten and analyzed, we expect and anticipate ambitious growth – to help our city and investors thrive.

Founder Michael Wess graduates from University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with three degrees: finance, international business, and a 4.0 GPA and the lone real estate scholarship in the #4 real estate program in the nation.
