Wess Invest’s fifth acquisition, 495 Flat Shoals Avenue Southeast, closed in June of 2025 and consists of a Jazz Bar property in East Atlanta Village.

Shortly after closing, Wess Invest executed a long-term lease with TEN ATL, a jazz club operated by Joseph Seymour. Seymour is also the owner of the iconic Churchill Grounds jazz club, which operated next to the Fox Theater for many years. Seymour plans to unite both venues under one name, bringing electrifying jazz nights to East Atlanta Village at 495 Flat Shoals Avenue.
