Wess Invest acquired 240 East Trinity Place in 2023 and adjacent 250 East Trinity Place in 2024. Originally leased to Off-Leash, a restaurant and dog park operator, the tenant canceled plans for its development in late 2024. While Wess Invest is marketing the property for lease to find a replacement tenant/operator, Off Leash is maintaining its lease requirements.
